This is not your typical Airbnb as this is also our family's vacation home, so the property has been enhanced with thoughtful details and decor to ensure it is enjoyable for our own families as well as our Airbnb guests. The sprawling one-level layout features 9-foot ceilings and an open concept living area & kitchen located adjacent to the pool area. Two en suite bedrooms can be found on opposite sides of the home to provide privacy for the easy accommodation of two families. Both living spaces and all bedrooms are equipped with brand new Samsung Smart TVs featuring Spectrum cable channels and access to all of your favorite streaming service apps. The 4 bedrooms will comfortably sleep 8 guests, and there are 2 rollaway beds with memory foam mattresses to accommodate 2 additional guests, for a total occupancy of 10. Also, there are 2 mini cribs available at no additional cost to accommodate infants or toddlers. There are many additional infant & child friendly amenities provided at no additional cost, including: (2) adjustable high chairs, (2) umbrella strollers, (2) freestanding adjustable gate play areas, and children's dinnerware. The home features a private outdoor pool with optional pool heating available year-round for $35 per night, with seasonal discounts offered during warmer months.
